GOSPEL PRAISE CONCERT
Join in on Sunday night, Feb. 26th at 6:30 as Albert Wilkerson and friends bring an hour of upbeat gospel music. Albert has toured and recorded with a "who's who" of music, including Stephanie Mills, Ashford & Simpson, The Gap Band, Yolanda Adams, the Whispers and others. Childcare for 4 and under.

By popular demand, we've made it easier for you to support the church financially by enabling an online giving option through the web. To make one-time or recurring donations to Horizon, go to giving.horizoncc.com and use our secure and confidential system. We accept electronic checks and major credit cards.
CITY GOSPEL MISSION TWICE A MONTH
In addition to our usual second Sunday serving opportunity, you can now serve on the third Monday of each month to help serve dinner for the needy individuals at City Gospel Mission. Horizon's Action Team meets at 5:30 p.m. at the church parking lot to carpool. Children 6 and up can join in with parents.
FILL A BAG, FEED A FAMILY
Horizon's blue bag ministry offers an easy way to help others in need. Grab a blue bag and a grocery list at the information desk on Sunday and take it on your next shopping trip. Bring the filled bag back on Sunday, and Horizon's Action Team will make sure it's delivered to a needy family or local food pantry.

Axis for High School
Axis is more than just a name or a group. At a glance, Axis is a variety of encounters designed to help high school students find a comfortable place to explore life, faith, and relationships as they grow into mature young leaders in our world.

Sunday Experience
Kick back and enjoy our special blend of snacks, music and discussions about things that really matter. It's the ideal place to plug in if you're exploring Horizon, Christianity, or wherever you happen to be in your faith. You can dive in deep into the discussions or just sit back, and soak it in slowly. Students gather for Axis each Sunday Morning in student ministry facilities at our building on Newtown Road.
Excursions
Excursions are quick trips to cool places with good friends. They are the ideal place to get to know Axis and get involved. Excursions have included water skiing, King's Island, The Beach, shopping, bowling, putt-putt, Super Bowl parties, football games, concerts, ice skating, and more. Look for regular updates on these events.
Escapes 
Escapes are longer, multi-day trips where students are challenged to make larger steps of faith. Sometimes it is hard to really examine one's life in the middle of it. Encountering different cultures and new environments can facilitate make positive steps of maturity. Student Escapes include a summer service project in Monterrey, Mexico, winter snow escape, camps and weekend get-aways.
Small Groups
For those who are looking to dig a bit deeper into their faith, the church, the Bible, or Christianity there a variety of Small Groups offered throughout the week. They focus on regular Bible study through Scripture or other devotional books, life sharing and prayer. Study topics, location and focus change throughout the year so be sure to check with the Horizon staff for details.
