Horizon is working on a project to restore native plants and biodiversity on our grounds. Horizon is seeking those passionate about improving our environment. The following Eco Service Projects are planned on these Saturdays:

May 11th: Outdoor activities: invasive cutting and treating, and planting small plants from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.

June 8th: Outdoor activities: invasive cutting and treating, and planting small plants from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.  

July 13th: The focus varies based on the weather and season.  Activities include planting native flowers and trees, cutting invasive plants, piling or removing brush, adding deer protection, mulching native beds, and more from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. 

Everyone is welcome to join in these service dates so bring the whole family! Children under 12 who would like to participate in a service project should be accompanied by a parent.
