EXPLORING GROUP

Expand on the subject matter of the recent Let's Be Rational series by joining a new Adult Co-ed Small Group forming for fall. The group will study The Case for a Creator by Lee Stroebel, meeting on six Sundays from 4 to 5:30 p.m. beginning Sept. 14th. For details, e-mail groups@horizoncc.com or phone the office.


			As children grow as teens and into adulthood, the battle for independence can put a parent in the role of “the boss,” working to protect their turf and keep peace in the family. Join Horizon at 10:30 Sundays for The FatherGod: Parenting Advice You Can’t Refuse, examining how our view of God can influence our role as parents.


			Song of Solomon: The Book of Romance and Intimacy provides the blueprint for a great marriage. The verse-by-verse study also offers tools for talking to children about intimacy and relationships. Copies of the workbook are available at the info table on Sundays. Join in the series beginning June 8th at 9:15.
